Since 1993, the Eat Drink Laugh (EDL) Restaurant Group has been successfully creating unique and entertaining establishments across Boston. The goal of the EDL Restaurant Group is to produce high quality, fun establishments which serve great food, interesting drinks, and friendly service in locations that have deep community ties. Current locations include Peking Tom’s in Downtown Crossing, The Blarney Stone in Dorchester, The 21st Amendment in Beacon Hill, The Paramount on Charles Street, and West on Centre in West Roxbury.
